**Rückgabe und Rückerstattung**
Bei unserem Online-Shop für Schuhe, Kleidung, Taschen und Wohnaccessoires legen wir großen Wert auf Ihre Zufriedenheit. Sollten Sie mit Ihrem Einkauf nicht vollständig zufrieden sein, bieten wir Ihnen eine unkomplizierte Rückgabe und Rückerstattung an. Innerhalb von 30 Tagen nach Erhalt der Ware können Sie die Artikel in originalverpacktem und unbenutztem Zustand zurückgeben. Bitte füllen Sie das Rücksendeformular aus und senden Sie es zusammen mit der Ware an uns zurück. Nach Eingang und Prüfung der Rücksendung erstatten wir Ihnen den Kaufpreis innerhalb von 14 Tagen. Ausgenommen von der Rückgabe sind personalisierte Artikel und Waren, die aufgrund hygienischer Gründe nicht zurückgenommen werden können. Bei Fragen stehen wir Ihnen gerne zur Verfügung.
